Bring applied AIto the factory floor.

Vision inspection at line speed, predictive maintenance for the equipment, and document automation for the quality and supplier paperwork that runs the plant.

Vision inspectionPredictive maintenanceDocument automationHuman in the loop

Quality is decided on the line, not caught at the dock.

A plant runs on tolerances held shift after shift, equipment that has to stay up, and a paper trail that has to hold. We design, build, and run AI that inspects, predicts, and drafts alongside your team, with your people reviewing and approving every call. The work runs on the floor every day, and the gains compound shift after shift.

What applied AI handles in manufacturing.

Human in the loop

Your team approves every call that carries risk, by design.

Tell us the outcome. We build the system that delivers it.

Pick the work that costs you most, your inspections, your documents, your forecasts, and we run it from the first session to production. Every system is grounded in your own data and signed off by your team. No endless pilots, no slideware, no rework.

Weeks, not quarters

From the first working session to a production increment in your hands.

Owned, not rented

The code, documentation, and runbooks are yours, built to run without us.

Where applied AI pays back in manufacturing.

01

Catch the defect on the line, not at final QC

We build vision systems that inspect parts on the moving line and score them against your own tolerances, flagging scratches, voids, misalignment, and out-of-spec dimensions as they pass. The model handles the volume; your quality engineers review the borderline calls and sign off on what ships. Decisions and images stay logged, so a non-spec unit can be traced and its root cause found. Inspection holds the same standard across every shift and every operator.

The resultEvery unit: Inspected against your tolerances at line speed, with borderline calls sent to a person to confirm. Illustrative of vision on the line.

02

See the failure coming before it stops the line

We turn sensor data, machine logs, and maintenance history into early warnings that flag a motor, spindle, or press trending toward failure and route it to a planned slot. Your maintenance leads see the signal, the reasoning behind it, and the lead time to act, then confirm the work order before anyone touches the machine. The model runs continuously, so uptime is protected by attention paid every hour, not just at the next service interval. Unplanned downtime, the scramble behind it, and the scrap from a machine running out of spec all become fewer.

The result24/7: Equipment health watched continuously, surfacing drift before it becomes unplanned downtime. Capability-framed, not a guaranteed result.

03

Draft the quality and supplier records from your own data

We automate the document grind: assembling inspection reports, non-conformance records, CAPAs, certificates of analysis, and supplier corrective actions from the data you already capture on the floor. We also make work instructions and SOPs retrievable, so an operator gets the right revision at the station instead of hunting through a binder. Every draft carries its source and lands with a person to review and sign. Your quality team spends its hours on the exceptions that matter, not on retyping numbers from one system into another.

The result~2,000 hrs: Illustrative back-office time freed over a year from inspection reports, non-conformances, and supplier paperwork.

The work, as it lands in your systems.

Built to run, owned by you.

In production or it doesn't count

We ship systems that run every day, not demos that win a meeting. When something should not be built, we say so before you spend.

You own what we build

The code, the documentation, the runbooks. Yours to read, run, and change long after we step back. No lock-in, no black box.

A person stays in the loop

The model handles the volume. Your team approves the calls that carry risk. That is a design choice, not a fallback.
